By creating a Melorna account, connecting an AI app, or using House of Prayer by Melorna, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Melorna provides digital community services, including House of Prayer (HOP), an anonymous prayer network for English-speaking users inside supported AI apps. HOP lets you ask for prayer, pray for others, read testimonies, and manage your own prayer activity inside chat.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for any activity under your account. When you connect ChatGPT or another AI client, you authorize that app to access only the scopes shown on the consent screen. You can disconnect access by revoking the app connection in Melorna or the AI platform.

• Share prayer needs and testimonies respectfully and in good faith.
• Do not include names, phone numbers, addresses, or other identifying details in anonymous prayer content.
• Do not post harassment, hate speech, threats, or divisive attacks.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation or impersonate others.

We may review, sanitize, reject, or remove prayer content that violates these terms or our safety rules. Moderation decisions are made to protect the community and keep shared prayer content anonymous.

Melorna and HOP provide community prayer support only. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency services. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services.

Melorna and its branding remain our property. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Melorna a license to host, moderate, and display anonymous prayer content as needed to operate HOP.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melorna is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may update these terms or suspend access for violations. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
