Melorna ("we", "us") operates melorna.com and related services, including House of Prayer by Melorna inside ChatGPT and other AI apps connected through OAuth.

• Account details such as username, email, and optional profile image.
• Authentication and security data, including OAuth tokens and session logs.
• Prayer activity you submit through HOP, including anonymous prayer requests, commitments, and testimonies.
• Connected app metadata when you authorize ChatGPT or another AI client to access your Melorna account.
• Basic usage analytics to improve reliability and safety.

• Provide sign-in, account management, and connected AI app access.
• Operate the anonymous HOP prayer network and show your own activity back to you in chat.
• Moderate and sanitize shared prayer content before publication.
• Respond to support requests and protect the service from abuse.

Prayer requests and testimonies shared through HOP are moderated to remove names, contact details, locations, insults, accusations, and divisive language before they are shown to other users. Published prayer content is anonymous to the community.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run Melorna, when required by law, or when you explicitly authorize a connected AI app through OAuth consent.

We keep account data while your account is active. You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period.

We use technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls, and secure token handling. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Melorna is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
